Vikas Kathuria is Professor of law at the School of Law, BML Munjal University. He also heads the Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA)– India Regional Initiative.

Vikas was a senior researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich, and a research associate at the Competition Commission of India. His papers have been featured in international peer-reviewed journals.
