Kirsten Webb is a Partner at Clayton Utz and one of Australia’s leading competition lawyers. Webb brings exceptional leadership and commercially focused advice across the complete spectrum of competition and consumer law, including complex anti-trust litigation, sensitive merger clearance, key regulatory advisory and enforcement action by the ACCC and other regulators. She also advises on communications regulation, consumer protection and compliance. As Co-Head of International, she is responsible for Clayton Utz’s international firm relationships. Recent notable work includes securing ACCC merger clearance for Dye & Durham’s proposed takeover of Link Administration Holdings Limited and acting as local competition counsel for Nuance’s sale to Microsoft and Slack’s sale to Salesforce. Webb has also led litigation teams acting in high profile Federal Court proceedings.
