Cathryn Nolan is a lawyer with more than three decades of experience in law and business, specializing in Corporate and Commercial legal advice, M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. In legal practice, Nolan was Senior Associate at Phillips Fox and
Partner at Chambers & Company and later Abbott Stillman & Wilson. More recently, Nolan practiced as a sole practitioner, providing a “virtual in house counsel” model. In corporate environments, Nolan has held non-executive director roles, and was the co-founder of DomaCom, a property investment platform that listed on the ASX in 2016. Nolan has held adjunct academic positions at RMIT University, La Trobe University and Deakin University – teaching across law and business programs, including Takeovers, Acquisitions & Mergers, Competition and Consumer Law, Law and Technology, and Managing Technology & Innovation.
