The GW Competition & Innovation Lab organizes the panel on “The Private Enforcement of the Digital Markets Act” on September 24th, 2025.
Our panel will explore the emerging role of private enforcement within the DMA framework, drawing on its conceptual and procedural parallels with competition law.
